Hello, beware customers! We had never purchased on nomadic fabrics before. We had our eye on the Cali vibes print and decided to make the purchase after reading the return policy which states you can return up until Jan 31st. We received the prints and they were not what we were expecting in terms of color and quality. We contacted nomadic fabrics right away to process return. A representative named Roanne stated we can not return our products even though the return policy on the website states they honour returns. We have emailed several times with no response from the company. We have asked for a phone number so we can speak with someone but no response. All we would like to see is that you issue our refund and honor what your website states. Customers please be aware that the information nomadic fabrics is stating in their return information is misleading. At this time, we are still waiting for nomadic fabrics to respond and do what is right. We will never order from this company again.
I am in love with this print. I accidentally ordered the wrong “number” of the print while I was checking out. I contacted Nomadic and they still sent me another print. Which they did not have to do but I was so so thankful! They are beautiful and everyone I got the pleasure of communicating with was wonderful :) thank you!
