In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:  

- Your order number

- The name of the item you did not receive

- The name of the item you received in it's place

- A clear photograph of the item you have received 

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP! 

We allow a 12 hour window where you can change your order. Please contact us right away and provide us with:

- product you would like to change

- product you would like to replace it with

Due to the size of some prints, it is common for products to be shipped separately.

If you ordered multiple items, please allow a couple days for the rest of your order to arrive.

Nomadic Fabrics is always committed to ensuring great customer service and a positive experience. We are more than pleased to offer our customers a 24-Month warranty on product malfunctions. 

This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless intentionally damaged.

Due to the nature of home decor, this does not cover fading, tearing or other damaged caused by miss-use or excessive exposure to the elements. 

In the event Nomadic Fabrics no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
