If you have ever wondered why your living room, dining room or bedroom doesn't feel complete 9/10 it's because your walls are bare. This is how I solved my problem with Nomadic Fabrics.
WARNING: This easy 3 step guide will finally make your space look finished and look like instagram inspiration post when you're finished!
1. Choose your space & know your colours.
Choose your room/rooms you want to update! Next up, the colours. Take a good look around and jot down the 3-5 colours you notice the most.
The 3-5 colours you see most will be your contrasting colours.
2. Choosing your wall art (The best part)
With your 3-5 contrasting colours you'll now know what colours to look for in a beautiful piece of art. You'll want to match with at least 2-3 of those colours, this will help you beautifully bend all the colours of your space together giving the whole room a sense of resemblance.
* To choose your frame colour always go with a lighter frame if you cant find a contrasting frame colour*
3. Choosing the best size of wall art
When it comes to plain walls and wall art bigger is always better. But how big is enough? You'll want your art to really fill up your walls but still have enough space to have a nice little boarder around. Remember the last thing you want is to buy a size too small.
Recap the 3 steps
1. Choose 3-5 contrasting colours.
2. Choose your wall art & frame.
3. Choose a size that fits. Don't go small.
